Thermal Imaging

At Harts inspections, we incorporate thermal imaging into all home inspections. Not only is Ronnie a Certified Residential Thermographer, but has also been trained as a Level One thermographer (certification- 249891) to include industrial thermal imaging, He took his training though the ITC (infrared Training Center) and was instructed by Bill Fabian.

Not all inspectors use thermal imaging during a home inspection, however it is always a good idea to work with an inspector who does.

Significant insect activity, rodents, and small mammals may be detected using thermal Imaging, but minor activity may not be detectible.

We can do full house Thermal Inspections as a stand-a-lone service.
